Frank Dowling is a highly experienced podiatrist and the principal of Frank Dowling & Associates, a progressive, HSE-approved and CORU-registered practice with clinics in Lucan and Mulhuddart, West Dublin.
After qualifying from the University of Westminster, London in 1995, Frank gained valuable clinical experience at Tallaght University Hospital before returning to his native Lucan to establish his private practice in 1997.
A member of Podiatry Ireland, Frank is committed to providing effective, high-quality care for a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions, with a strong focus on patient comfort.
He has a particular clinical interest in the permanent surgical treatment of ingrown toenails, helping patients achieve lasting relief and improved quality of life.
Senior Podiatrist & Registered General Nurse
Fiona is a highly experienced podiatrist with a background in both private practice and the HSE. She specialises in the treatment of ingrown and problematic nails, with a particular focus on nail surgery and long-term patient outcomes.
Holding a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry from Ulster University and CORU registration, Fiona delivers evidence-based care with precision and attention to detail. She is also a Registered General Nurse, having trained at Trinity College Dublin, with additional experience in orthopaedics at Tallaght University Hospital.
Fiona is known for her calm, professional approach, ensuring every patient feels supported, reassured, and confident throughout their treatment.
